What information do we collect?

We use the information you provide us to tailor our services for our users as well as improve how we provide those services. The information collected is used to send you updates, newsletters, marketing materials and any other information that we feel may be of interest to you. You can
choose to stop getting these updates by updating your account settings or clicking unsubscribe at
any time.

Information we collect may be personally identifiable or non-personally identifiable. This
information may be shared, with your prior consent, to third party companies which process
information on our behalf based on instructions we lay out and compliant with our privacy policy.
Information may also be disclosed if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety, rights, or property of the public, any person, or Wicklow Hospice; or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
We may also engage in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or similar transaction or proceeding that involves the transfer of the information described in this Policy.

This policy may be altered or amended at any time of which you will be notified of if it occurs. If you continue to use Wicklow Hospices’s services you are deemed to have agreed to the revised policy.

All of the above is compliant with the Data Protection Acts 1988 & 2003 as laid down by the Data Protection Commissioner.
